Tricia is a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. She has been passionate about health and fitness since her first weight training class in high school. She has been a member of all sorts of fitness training since she was 16 (Boxing, CrossFit, Local Gyms, BeachBody, Spin, Barre, Pilates, Yoga… to name a few).

Being an avid health and fitness enthusiast, Tricia feels compelled to share her knowledge with the world while inspiring and motivating other women to embark on their own path to health and fitness.

After leaving her 9-5, she decided to do something that lights her soul on fire and this is when she founded CrushFit.
